We have never had such a smooth experience, I only called mid morning and their technician Bailey was at the house in Maudsland by 1pm. We had a stinky blocked drain and did not want it to get worse over the weekend. Bailey was all over his craft, explaining everything he planned on doing and with his camera could check the entire proximity for any current or future concerns.
