Ethan did an amazing job at our place at Underwood (Job #121022445). Being an older home he had some tricky areas to work around, and he always consulted with us about any issues or changes to plans. He was very polite and considerate, but most importantly he did a very professional job which we are very happy with. I’d highly recommend him to others who have plumbing needs.

I had a MAJOR plumbing issue (old pipes requiring an inversion) that Reactive have resolved quickly and professionally. The team members (Keanu, Sean, Jonny, my memory for names is not great I'm sorry, I'm talking about all of you!) were polite and courteous at all times. Josh worked with me to make the financing as manageable as possible. Given the magnitude of work, everything has been completed with great success. I've been given great confidence in the work with the warranty and follow up service I've received. I really can't speak highly enough of Reactive. I had an issue with my instant gas lpg hot water system not working on a Sunday night. Rang reactive plumbing Monday morning and was surprised with the short notice they'd have someone out to look at it that day. Michael arrived to inspect it and we decided to replace it as the system was very old. The next morning Aaron arrived to fit a new system and fit a pressure reduction valve job no. 121020913 to the house as the water pressure from the meter was to high. Both michael and Aaron were professional polite and friendly. I highly recommend reactive plumbing

Today Cameron arrived on time and presented himself in a neat and professional way.Cameron explained to us about Reactive Plumbing and we were extremely pleased about the process. We were happy to sign up to become a V.I.P member. After a thorough inspection of our property Cameron presented an inspection report and the discussed the problems and the best options and prices to rectify the problems. We agreed to the options and Cameron went straight to work and 4.5 hours later Cameron had restored our taps and flexi hoses to new condition. As a retired tradesman I would rate Cameron top class.

I can’t speak highly enough of Josh who helped me out today with a blocked drain that flooded my bathroom in Coombabah. He was prompt, efficient and explained everything in a way that I could clearly understand. Thanks to reactive plumbing ultra considerate and prompt action from Owen Arrowsmith I was saved an enormous water bill going forward. We found ourselves to have a fast flowing spring in the back yard. Owen came around and quickly isolated the leak and shut off the leak. Fantastic job Owen and Reactive plumbing. I highly recommend Rohan from Reactive Plumbing and Drains who attended my place at Redbank Plains to assess a toilet issue. Rohan was punctual, friendly and has clear communication skills. Once the problem was identified, Rohan presented me with three options and quotes. There was no pressure and he was happy to answer questions relating to the options. Once I decided to install a new cistern toilet and mini-isolation valve and flexible hose, he proceeded with the job without any fuss, interruptions and within an appropriate timeline. I had the pleasure of meeting Christian today, who came around to firstly quote on and then install a water tap for my new fridge. It ended up being more complex than just a tap as new pipes needed to be installed around the kitchen. He did an excellent and efficient job. We have never had such a smooth experience, I only called mid morning and their technician Bailey was at the house in Maudsland by 1pm. We had a stinky blocked drain and did not want it to get worse over the weekend. Bailey was all over his craft, explaining everything he planned on doing and with his camera could check the entire proximity for any current or future concerns.
